Attractions:
Dollywood – If you only come to Pigeon Forge for one attraction, Dollywood is it. The Old Mill – The historic center of downtown Pigeon Forge, the Old Mill is the Arts and Crafts community of the city with homemade pottery, foods, restaurants, toys, candy, gifts and much more. The Track – One of Pigeon Forge’s oldest family fun parks is still going strong at the Wears Valley junction in the downtown city. Go-karts, bumper-boats, arcade, miniature golf and one of the few places in town with an area set aside specifically for the kids. Professor Hacker’s – How many mini-golf places let you take a magnetic mine cart ride to the starting hole? The Tomb – An Indiana Jones-style adventure in Walden’s Landing, you are trapped inside the eponymous tomb by the curse of a Pharaoh and you must solve its challenges to make it out alive. A 45 minute expedition and definitely something quite different here in the Smokies. www.tombadventure.com.

The Island in Pigeon Forge – A long project in the making, the Island opened to Pigeon Forge in 2013 and it’s been an awesome new center for town ever since. Shops of all kinds, a synchronized water fountain at the front, multiple restaurants and eateries (some of which are unlike anything else in the Tennessee Smokies), a redemption arcade, a trampoline fun zone and the home of the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel that you’ve seen loom over the Pigeon Forge skyline.
